戰鎚系列第一次將這個被戰亂蹂躪的大地帶到PSP上，讓擁有掌上型主機的玩家也能在《戰鎚》的世界中享受到稱霸一切的快感。

戰槌：戰地指揮官，脫離了原本紙上遊戲回合制的模式，將遊戲以快節奏、充滿動作風格的即時戰略模式呈現給玩家。
　　當然光是這樣還不夠，在遊戲中也包括一套全新的故事劇本，讓玩家在進行遊戲的同時，能夠更融入到《戰鎚》的世界中。你的任務就是帶領太空陸戰隊的菁英部隊，去抵抗邪惡敵人的入侵。
　　在遊戲中，你有15個任務要去完成，而豐富的故事內容更是與遊戲任務作了最完美的結合。除此之外，戰槌：戰地指揮官還提供了9個獨特的多人模式任務，你可以與朋友們合作過關，更可以進行一對一的較量。總之，多樣的遊戲內容，絕對能讓你在每一次進入遊戲時，都能體驗到不同的遊戲樂趣。
　　這次戰槌：戰地指揮官在PSP和NDS上與玩家見面，當然也有利用到這些主機的專屬功能，包括NDS的雙螢幕以及觸控筆等等。透過這款遊戲，《戰鎚》的世界將真正地掌控在你的手中！

遊戲特色

1.故事主線由15個獨特的任務所組成。

2.另有9張專供多人連線的地圖，地圖有不同的大小，可讓２～８名進行遊戲。

3.遊戲以全3D的戰場呈現在你的面前，幾乎所有的物件都是可以破壞的。

4.在多人遊戲的模式時，遊戲的對戰組合可由玩家自由搭配，不管你要選擇哪一個陣營都行。

5.遊戲擁有超過20種遠距以及近距的武器可供玩家使用，這些武器的目的就是讓《戰鎚》的世界變得熱鬧非凡！
